1	Dynamically deploy new servers and virtual appliances You can pre-configure your inventory of virtual infrastructure and set the pricing model using the back-end CloudEngineTM Administration system. You're end-users then use the CloudEngineTM to deploy new servers and virtual appliances on demand and pay for what they use.	2	Scalability control of RAM, CPU and Storage Cloud EngineTM gives end-users control to manage their infrastructure on demand as it is integrated into VMware vCenter. CloudEngineTM allows them to scale up and down the CPU, RAM and Storage of each virtual machine via their CloudEngineTM control panel. You control the prices of each component and end-users simply consume what they use. Scalability control can be applied to each virtual machine at any time.
3	Reboot, Turn on and Off CloudEngineTM allows end-users to reboot, turn on and off at anytime using the web dashboard.	4	Integrated billing platform CloudEngineTM has an integrated billing for charging the deployment of new servers and virtual appliances.
